I work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, and life's harder moments helping them understand their experiences and move toward something more balanced and meaningful.

My approach draws on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy. Together, these help you build awareness of your thoughts and emotions, develop practical skills for difficult situations, and reconnect with the values and story that make change feel real — not just temporary.

I take a holistic and culturally sensitive approach. I understand that who we are is shaped by our culture, family, beliefs, and for many, faith and community. I adapt how I work to fit each person — especially those navigating life between cultures or far from home.

From our very first session, I focus on what's bringing you here today. Each session is designed to be as useful as possible, wherever you are and however many sessions you're able to have. Some clients leave after one conversation with what they needed. Others continue for a few sessions, or longer. There's no fixed path — we figure it out together, at a pace that suits you.

    I also offer a reduced rate of £54 when booking three sessions a small way to make ongoing support more accessible.

    For those experiencing financial difficulty, a reduced rate of £45 is available for one session.

  • I don't ask for proof of financial situation. If the reduced rate applies to you, I trust you. We can talk it through before your first session. When my reduced spots are full, I'll add you to a waitlist.

  • No. I work in a way that makes every session useful on its own. Some people come once and get what they need. Others continue. There's no pressure either way.

  • Yes. Sessions are available in both English and Arabic.

  • Yes ,I offer Nature & Walking Therapy for those based in the UK. Sessions take place outdoors, and fees and location are discussed individually when you get in touch. Online sessions are available worldwide.
